HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
All online orders can be returned by post, regardless of the payment method used. The cost of the return is borne by the customer and we do not accept parcels sent collect.

Please let us know that you intend to return your product by sending am email to east@zingerle.group Alternatively, if you prefer a more traditional communication method, you can also call us on +40 743 144 239 or send us a tracked letter to ZINGERLE GROUP SpA Via Foerche, 7 I-39040 Naz-Sciaves (BZ). Please include the following information:
• First name and last name
• Order number
• Order date
• Postal address
• Article code
• Article description
• Quantity
• Reason for return*

Our customer service team will offer you two options:
A. You can organise the shipment yourself and send the parcel to:

B. We can arrange a collection from an address of your choice. In this case, all you have to do is print and attach the label we send you.

All that remains is to pack the product you intend to return as safely as possible to protect it during transport. Please use the same box it arrived in. Help us save time on our end by sending everything back exactly as you received it.
We will send you an email once we have received your return and checked its condition. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used to make the purchase within 30 days of confirmation of your return.
